Pilates has been a very good friend to me over the last five years. And Pilates Chattanooga is where it all begins. Since their move to Warehouse Row, they have grown and improved (if that’s possible). Now they are offering new Stretch classes.
I’ve taken a number of the stretch classes and they are by far my favorites. With very little motion, you get a complete workout and more mobility. It helps your range of motion, your posture, your back, and a number of other areas. And it works for all ages, and all levels of flexibility. No matter what your condition, it’s going to get better.
Colleen Carboni, the owner of Pilates Chattanooga, has studied under the absolute master of stretching, Kit Laughlin. Kit is from Australia and recently visited The USA for the first time – and he chose Chattanooga as his teaching center.
I seriously encourage you to come to these stretch classes. Everyone who has come has enjoyed them. Colleen has had students from 16 to 85, so there is no excuse not to treat yourself to a better body.
The classes start on November 1st, at 12:15 – 1:00 pm. Now you’ll feel doubly better, because you won’t eat that fatty, heavy lunch too.
The stretch classes are a six week session, and at a very reasonable price. If you take one class a week the price is $59 and for two classes a week it’s $110.
